Blueberry Vegan Pancakes!

Today we had the pleasure of sharing a typical brunch preparation in Mrs. Scurv’s kitchen as we enjoyed an uplifting banter as the Blueberry Pancakes were prepared to perfection!

While everyone may not possess the instinctive qualities that flow in abundance from our beloved chef, she wants everyone to know that great food preparation is much easier to attain when it happens in an atmosphere of laughter and relaxation without the rigid tensions that come when one tries to be perfect.

It’s okay to not follow everything to the letter of the law when it comes to a written recipe as this is where the personal magic begins in making your particular creation unique!

Pancake ingredients: Cashew Milk, Milled Flaxseeds, Quinoa Flour, Avocado Oil, Chia Seed and add Pecans if you wish.

Blueberry Compote ingredients: Maple Syrup, Powdered or Grated Ginger & Fresh Blueberries.
