Madamwhipass and I have enjoyed some legendary late night one conversations long before the the internet intruded upon our lives like it has. But for us, cyberspace has given the world an opportunity to experience the magic that we’ve both come to love in our own magical way.
One aspect of our divine understanding is that when Madamwhipass finds it difficult to fall into a slumber is that she will call me late at night for a bedtime story.
Now by now most of you know not only that I love to talk, but I also love to make everyone around me enjoy a gut busting laugh that will keep you in good spirits long after I’m gone.
The understanding is that I will talk until either the Madam hangs up the phone or actually falls asleep while I’m talking.
This to me is the ultimate compliment because it tells me that I took her mind off of the fact that she was restless in the first place.
Maybe it’s because I have a nurturing spirit by nature and receive a good feeling from tucking her in, but the bottom line is that our bedtime stories were what those unforgettable legendary conversations are made of.
I sometimes wish beyond measure that we had the internet way back when so that our verbal exchanges could have been captured, but the great part is that from now on the energy, the humor, the chemistry and camaraderie of the Madamwhipass/LanceScurv Bedtime Story conversations can be shared with all who want to absorb and enjoy these memorable talks between two people who truly cherish each others presence in their lives!
