LanceScurv gets pulled over by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department in a move that he thought was bogus simply for the fact that it was stated that he was speeding. Nothing else could be further from the truth. A speeding ticket wasn’t issued – a courtesy notice was handed – with the stated speed not written as an “X” was scribbled in the allotted “Speed Of Vehicle” checkbox.
