Sam Sapp, a 62 year old Orlando Florida native claims that he overpaid his child support payments by $12,000.00 dollars. Is this truth or is he telling us a fairy tale? Can this really happen in the computer age or is this major “glitch” of an oversight even possible? And to make matters even worse he claims that he can’t even get his money back!
