Many of us suffer greatly from Mental Health Issues and don’t even realize it. For most living in such a fast paced society where the demand to accomplish so much has us worn down and distracted from the danger signs and red flags that scream at us that there is an issue, we push along with our overburdened schedules as if everything is okay until it is too late!
