Today I spoke with Hope Wrice, a woman whose Father was raped at the Halifax Hospital Medical Center while under their care. After all that Hope has done to bring justice for her Father in this nightmare of a situation, she has not yet received any word or acknowledgement to this day.
Aren’t we supposed to be safe in “our” hospitals? How is it that this can happen in 2018 in such a public place with security officers, cameras and the medical protocol to investigate everything that appears out of line with the human body while under the care of these so called professionals?
