Understand that the mental manipulation of the masses is easily accomplished by appealing to our emotions and presenting a dream that has seemed out of reach in the real world.
How are we going to deal with these long standing issues in our world if we simply play pretend and act as though the oppressive powers that be will simply be touched by such glowing words and give up their stronghold over our lives because it’s merely a “label?”
We have major issues in the Black community that must be addressed head on not by proclaiming that we are “not Black” but understanding that there is nothing wrong with the way God made us and it’s not proper for us to desire to ignore our melanin simply because we have been hated and oppressed for it…….
