Seeking Validation externally is something that a full grown adult should not be doing as they usually have the wrong people around them taking advantage of them by killing their desire to achieve.
If anything we should be seeking the advice of an expert not to ask for permission to execute the mission but for simple guidance from someone who has a hands on experience in the chosen area of expertise.
Seeking Validation should not be a consideration when we should be self validating from the core in a powerful way. To do anything out of self validating oneself is to open your very destiny to the possible deadbeats, do nothings and haters in your midst.
