Steve Harvey, the host of the Miss Universe pageant, placed himself in the most embarrassing position with a career threatening mistake when he crowned the wrong Miss Universe in a mishap that was literally viewed by the entire world!
He first crowned Miss Colombia as Miss Universe but momentarily returned to the stage to admit his mistake only to name Miss Phillipines as the new Miss Universe!
Could you imagine how Miss Colombia felt and the range of emotions that she had to feel as the crown was removed from her head after being told that she won?
I truly feel sorry for her!

While I will give Steve Harvey credit for “manning up” to admit to his mistake, he actually had no choice BUT to do just that because if he avoided the stage after realizing what he did he would have had to call it a career right there on the spot!
There are many who feel that what Steve Harvey experienced last night was a bit of Karma because in the recent past he was heard to say that he “didn’t give a damn about slavery!”
Well, as a high profile well paid slave himself, let’s see if his corporate slavemasters give a damn about him to lessen the punsihment for such an assinine error!
The question remains, will Stave Harvey be made to pay for a mistake that was really hard to make at the worst possible time?
…….only time will tell!
P.S: Steve Harvey, PLEASE don’t plan vacationing in Columbia ANY time soon!
