It’s amazing that we have a need to still have this conversation in this current day and time as there is definitely something missing with some of us in regard to how we approach the execution of our personal hygiene!
Once again I had the honor and pleasure of speaking with the dynamic Jessica Bordelon who had some very helpful and strong suggestions on how we need to maintain ourselves and the effects both negative and positive that come from our personal hygiene habits!
After hearing this discussion there will be no one who can claim ignorance on what they should be doing to keep themselves clean and rid themselves of any offensive body odor that will render them lonely and isolated!
