You’d be surprised how easy it is to squander away your life force…….
Would you receive your work pay – whether it’s in the form of a hard check or a deposit into your bank account – cash it and then proceed to toss it into the air like the abundance of confetti at a downtown parade celebrating a victorious baseball home team on their World Series victory?
I believe the answer for most who are still in possession of their complete sanity would be no.
But for those who would never do something so foolish, many of them are doing just that, not with their money, but with the precious energy of life force that in actuality is even more valuable than their cashed paycheck.
Sometimes we are doing just that and don’t even realize it.
Take for example myself, I had a situation where I had a close friend of mine here with me and we were working on a few graphics for an upcoming talk show that I had coming up fast within a week.
He noticed that my internet connection was really slow and he figured that it may be just that one computer that we were working on.
But when he fired up his computer and my other two laptops, the results were the same. The connection to the internet was “extremely slow” with a capital “E”!
What we discovered was that we weren’t the only ones accessing my – what I later discovered was unsecured – wireless cyber connection which reached far beyond the limits of my property.
This gave us the feeling that this probably handed several total strangers the opportunity to tap in on mine for a deliciously sweet free ride.
Well that free ride will only last but for so long if in fact that truly is the case.
My buddy – an internet/computer wiz who prefers to move in the shadows and away from the naked eye to avoid any undo attention – surprisingly had a very effective bag of tricks that had within it the perfect tool to see if our hunch of covert freeloaders truly existed.
Well, after a few moments of suspense the truth came out!
There were at least 14 strangers sucking from my internet connection in the vicinity of my house and it was surely a creepy feeling to know that it could have been an even more potentially dangerous scenario if any one of those freeloaders were seeking to go into my computer for bank access or even spying on me through my computer’s built in cam!
The first thing that we did was to cut the signal that they were using to get on my connection and then we contacted my internet service provider and created a secure password to stop the thieves dead in their tracks for any subsequent attempts on my connection.
It was truly a learning experience but it taught me a lesson not only in the realm of cyber vulnerabilities, but the parallels in life when people – know and unknown – are freeloading your energies without your knowledge for their agendas ultimately leaving you drained and lifeless.
But as I mentioned earlier, you wouldn’t consciously throw your paycheck (energy) away after cashing it, so why would you allow just about anyone to leech from your life when your life force is very limited, precious and very much needed for you cause?
The bad part about this scenario is, when you knowingly share your energies with those who really have nothing to offer you and have no intentions of being reciprocal in their support, they will feel entitled to what you’ve given so freely and quickly become your enemy because “How dare you freely use for yourself what you should continue to give to me?”
Their free ride on the overloaded power strip that has been your life is now over as you begin to unplug each successive drain one by one to reclaim your full self generated power.
The funny attitudes and strange behaviors will soon follow, don’t ever be shocked at this because their so called love for you was only conditional and will quickly disappear once they finally see that the ride is over.
Many will attempt to project onto you – and in a great job of acting extremely concerned – that something might be wrong in your private world, they will try every mental game in the world to get you to succumb and open yourself to being used again by allowing them back in.
To do so would only allow these ruthless pick pockets of your life force to continue to steal from you in an even more intense fashion!
Don’t be so foolish!
Continue one with the detox of these deceitful entities from your life and make no one cause you to feel any guilt for the rich resources on all levels – financially, spiritually, mentally & physically – that you’ve built for yourself and now totally enjoy!
Anyone who is in your corner will celebrate this time as a victory for you and if they are taken aback and obviously not happy by your new found liberation, then you never needed them in your corner in the first place.
Take it as a lesson learned and move about the face of the earth without the clutter of an entourage that only looked to see what they can get from you.
Life is too short to be forced to carry deadweight people in the name of friendship or even family because at the end of the day, you would have been responsible for your happiness before your life expires on earth and ascends to the next level.
Sometimes you have to fight to keep your piece of mind and in that fight there will be wounds inflicted that you can’t feel guilty for giving.
It’s either you or them!
Self preservation is one of the most important and crucial laws of survival across the species.
Reclaim your life back and never forget that.
