The Battle for Our Energy

After a powerful conversation with a close friend, I was reminded how crucial it is to cleanse our energy sphere. I’m not trying to play the role of some spiritual guru, but it’s the best way to explain it. Every single one of us carries a vibration—positive, negative, or neutral—but it’s never that simple. We all have a mix of these energies, and they shift constantly, influenced by our environment, our interactions, and even our own thoughts.

Some people stay relatively the same over long periods, while others change like the ocean during a storm—unpredictable and chaotic. Then, you have those who maintain a peaceful lake-like presence, unshaken by external forces. But regardless of where we fall on that spectrum, when we step outside into the world, we are constantly bombarded by energies that either uplift us or drain us.

Think of yourself as a phone battery. You wake up at 100%, ready to take on the day. But as you move through different interactions, responsibilities, and stressors, you start losing charge. A rough day might leave you at 13%, while a fulfilling one could keep you at 89%. The key is learning how to protect your charge—your energy—so that you’re not completely drained by the time you return home.

Guarding Your Energy Like Your Life Depends on It

People, environments, and even the content you consume can be like viruses, corrupting your system without you realizing it. Some people inject negativity into your subconscious mind without saying a word. They plant seeds of doubt, fear, and chaos, hoping you’ll water them and let them grow into something destructive. This is why awareness is key. If you don’t understand what’s happening energetically, you’ll absorb negativity like a sponge and mistake it for your own thoughts.

I’ve reached a point where I value my isolation because it gives me control over what I allow into my mind. I step into the world only when I choose to, understanding that I am entering an energetic battlefield. Most people walk blindly into it every day, unaware of the unseen forces that manipulate their emotions, decisions, and overall well-being.

The “Good Old Days” Never Left

During my conversation with my friend, she spoke about wanting to return to the “good old days”—a time when music, culture, and the overall vibration of the world felt lighter, less corrupted. I understood exactly what she meant. For her, it was the ’90s. For me, I can stretch back to the ’70s. But here’s the thing: those times never died.

People tend to view time as a straight line, believing the past is gone and the future is yet to come. But time isn’t linear—it’s quantum. Every moment you’ve ever experienced still exists. The joy, the peace, the energy of those “good old days” are accessible right now, if you know how to tap into them.

Think about it like an MP3 player with 100 songs. If you want to listen to song , do you have to go through all 99 tracks before you get there? No—you just select it. In the same way, you don’t have to be physically in the past to revisit it. The energy of those moments is still here, and through memory, music, and intentional focus, you can bring them back into your present reality.

The Illusion of Death and the Reality of Energy

We’ve been trained to believe only in what we can see with our physical eyes. That’s a mistake. People dismiss spiritual discussions, claiming that when you die, you’re just gone. But if we apply that logic to Wi-Fi, wouldn’t it be ridiculous? You can’t see Wi-Fi, yet you know it exists because when the connection is lost, you feel the effects.

So why do people believe in invisible technology but not an unseen spiritual realm? The energy that makes you “you” doesn’t disappear when your physical body expires. Just like shedding hair at a barbershop doesn’t mean you’ve lost your essence, transitioning from this life doesn’t mean you cease to exist. Your consciousness moves to another level, another frequency, just like tuning into a different radio station.

We need to start preparing for what comes next. Too many of us are spiritually unprepared, caught up in meaningless distractions while neglecting the true purpose of our existence. Material possessions, social status, and worldly achievements mean nothing if your spirit is weak, neglected, or corrupted.

Spiritual Parasites and Energy Vampires

The ones who feed off negative energy often have a stronger awareness of the spiritual world than those who claim to be “good.” They study it—not to ascend, but to manipulate, control, and harvest energy. That’s why some of the most toxic people seem to have an uncanny ability to draw others in. They disguise themselves as positive, loving, or enlightened individuals, but in reality, they’re feeding off of you, draining your life force while giving you nothing in return.

This is why you must guard your energy like your life depends on it—because it does. Don’t let just anyone into your space, and be mindful of the energies you allow to enter your mental and spiritual “hard drive.” There are viruses out there that can corrupt your system, making it harder to ascend, to grow, to move beyond this physical existence when the time comes.

Using Music and Memory as a Spiritual Anchor

One of my personal ways of staying aligned is what I call “music therapy.” I’ve always associated songs with specific memories, people, and places. When I listen to certain tracks, it’s like stepping into a time machine. Every detail of that moment comes rushing back—not just as a memory, but as an energy.

When life gets overwhelming, I don’t just remember good times—I revisit them. I immerse myself in the energy of those moments, using them as fuel to realign my spirit. And you can do the same.

The Present Moment is All That Exists

If we spend too much time longing for the past or obsessing over the future, we miss the only thing that truly exists: now. What we call “the past” was once “now,” and the future will eventually be “now” as well. So why not master the present moment? Why not cultivate the joy, peace, and awareness now instead of always chasing it?

The “good old days” never left. They exist within you, waiting to be tapped into. And the future isn’t something to fear—it’s something to shape with the power of your present energy.

So protect your charge. Guard your spirit. And don’t let the illusions of time, negativity, or material distractions pull you away from your true power.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and I do hope that you feel a sense of empowerment and clarification by these words.

Peace and righteous love to you always,
